OfferBee 1.0.7 — Transfer Partners in Bee, Your Goal, and Deeper Spending History

OfferBee 1.0.7 helps you get more from your points. Ask Bee about a flight or hotel and it now shows where your points can go. You can also tell OfferBee what matters most to you, and Bee can look further back through your spending. Here's what changed.

✈️ Transfer partners in Bee

Ask Bee something like "How should I use my points for a flight to Paris?" and it checks the transfer partners your own cards can reach, across Amex, Chase, Citi, Capital One, Bilt, Wells Fargo and more.

  • Your ratios: see each airline or hotel partner your points move to, and at what ratio.

  • Current transfer bonuses: when a bonus is running, Bee shows it with its end date, and every answer says when the transfer data was last checked.

  • Break-even at a glance: Bee works out how many miles or points a redemption can cost before paying cash is the better deal.

  • Search award seats: for airline partners, one tap opens an award search for your route. Bee doesn't check seats or award prices, so look there before you move anything.

Transfers can't be undone, so Bee always reminds you to confirm the ratio and bonus with the program first. It lays out your options and never pushes you to transfer. Bee is part of OfferBee Pro, including your free trial.

🎯 Your goal

In Settings, open Your goal and choose Use every credit, Right card every swipe, or Make the fees pay off. Pick Right card every swipe and OfferBee opens on Best card. The change applies the next time you open the app.

🐝 More of your spending history

Bee can now search your transactions and total what you spend at a merchant across months, not just the last few weeks, even on busy accounts.

⭐ Smaller things you'll notice
  • Bilt Card 2.0: connecting your bank now recognizes Bilt Blue, Obsidian and Palladium.

  • Counted once: a credit you logged by hand is no longer counted twice when the bank's credit posts later.

  • Credits keep their history: a credit you've been logging no longer disappears when card details update.

Availability: OfferBee 1.0.7 is out now on the App Store and Google Play. Update the app to get the new Points option card in Bee and Your goal. Transfer answers, longer spending history and the credit fixes are already live for everyone.

OfferBee 1.0.6 — Family Sharing, Messages from Us, and Widgets That Stay Fresh

OfferBee 1.0.6 lets you track credits together with your family, brings messages from the OfferBee team into the app, keeps your widgets current on their own, and makes it easier to get started with notifications on iPhone. Here's what changed.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family sharing

Plenty of you share cards with a partner or family member. Now you can see each other's credits in one place. Open Settings, go to Family, and invite someone by email. If they don't have OfferBee yet, they'll get an email with a link to download it.

  • Everyone's credits at a glance: the Family view, right from the Review tab, shows what's still to claim this month across everyone, and what each person has captured this year.

  • Nudge before a credit resets: open a family member to see what's expiring soon, and nudge them about a specific credit with one tap.

  • Private where it matters: family members see each other's cards and tracked credits, never bank accounts or transactions.

  • You're in control: share with up to 5 people. Remove someone any time and you both stop seeing each other's credits.

Inviting and managing your family is free. The Family view and nudges are part of OfferBee Pro, including your free trial. Family sharing is in the app on iPhone, iPad and Android.

💬 Messages from the OfferBee team
  • Straight to your notifications: now and then we'll send a short note, like a new feature worth knowing about or a special offer. Tap it to read the whole message.

  • Promo codes you can copy: when a message includes a code, press and hold it to copy.

🧩 Widgets that stay up to date

Your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets now refresh in the background, so the credits they show stay current even if you haven't opened the app in a while.

🔔 Easier notifications on iPhone
  • Quiet reminders from the start: before you've turned on alerts, OfferBee can now deliver reminders quietly to Notification Center, so a resetting credit doesn't slip by unnoticed.

  • Turn on alerts any time: if you're getting quiet notifications, the app will offer to switch on full alerts so reminders reach your Lock Screen.

⭐ Smaller things you'll notice
  • What's new: Settings has a new What's new row under Help & feedback, with a New badge whenever we post an update like this one.

  • Trial status: Settings now tells you when your free trial has ended.

  • One typeface: numbers now use the same typeface as everything else, in the app and on the web.

  • Dwell offers on iPhone: the app is more reliable at noticing when you've stopped somewhere.

  • Rotating categories: quarterly bonus categories now refresh on time when a new quarter starts, and cards with rotating categories now get "Use the right card" suggestions too.

Availability: OfferBee 1.0.6 is out now on the App Store and Google Play update the app to get everything above. The rotating-category improvements are already live for everyone.

OfferBee 1.0.5 — Export Your Data to Excel, Card Suggestions, and a Fresh New Look

OfferBee 1.0.5 lets you take everything you track with you in one Excel file, points out where another card in your wallet would earn more, makes dwell offers quieter and more precise, and gives the app and the web dashboard a fresh look. Here's what changed.

📊 Export your data to Excel

You asked for a way to export a yearly summary, and it's here. It's an Excel workbook rather than a PDF, so you can sort, filter and total it however you like. Open Settings, go to Your data, and choose Export my data.

  • A summary for every year: the credits you claimed on each card and, if your bank is connected, the annual fee it charged and where you came out.

  • Everything you track: your cards, credits and usage history, plus your transactions and connected accounts if you've linked a bank.

  • Saved where you want it: on iPhone and iPad, the share sheet opens so you can save the file to Files or send it on. On Android, you pick the folder. On the web, it downloads straight to your computer.

  • Made when you ask: the file is created when you tap Export and goes straight to you. We don't keep a copy or email it.

Exporting is free, and in the app it works even if your subscription has ended.

💳 Use the right card

If you've connected a bank, OfferBee now looks at the places you pay regularly and tells you when another card already in your wallet would earn more there, with an estimate of how much more each year.

  • In the app: your biggest suggestions show on the Review tab under "Use the right card", and See all opens the full list.

  • On the web: suggestions show on Home and under Tips & Offers.

  • Credits come first: if one of your card's credits has been paying for a bill, like a streaming credit covering a subscription, we won't suggest moving that bill.

  • Hide what doesn't fit: hide any suggestion and tell us why.

Suggestions only compare cards you already have, and they appear once your connected cards have about three months of history. They're part of OfferBee Pro, including your free trial. On the web they're live now, and in the app they come with 1.0.5.

📍 Dwell offers that know where you stopped

Dwell offers suggest the best card to use when you stop somewhere for a while. They're now more careful about when they arrive and which place they name.

  • The place you're actually at: an offer only names a place close to where you stopped, not one across town.

  • Nothing to say, no notification: if there's no place nearby worth a card tip, you won't get a "Stopped somewhere new?" notification any more.

  • Waits for a real stop: the app now waits until you've stayed put, so stop-and-go traffic or a red light shouldn't set one off.

  • On time or not at all: an offer that gets held up now expires within minutes instead of reaching you after you've left.

Waiting for a real stop comes with 1.0.5. The rest is already live in every version of the app. Dwell offers are part of OfferBee Pro, including your free trial, and need location access.

✨ A fresh look
  • In the app: a cleaner new typeface throughout.

  • A new Home on the web: the web dashboard has a warmer redesign and a new Home page with what you've captured this year, what's left this month and what resets in the next 7 days. Mark a credit used right there, and see your wallet, your bank connection and your latest alerts at a glance.

  • offerbee.ai: a calmer, simpler homepage.

⭐ Smaller things you'll notice
  • Rate OfferBee: in the app, Settings has a new Rate OfferBee row under Help & feedback that opens our App Store or Google Play page.

  • A quick rating, rarely: now and then, right after you log a credit, the app may ask you to rate it. It never asks more than once every three months.

Availability: OfferBee 1.0.5 is out now on the App Store and Google Play — update the app to get everything above. Everything on the web is already live.

OfferBee 1.0.4 — Home Screen Widgets, iPad and Tablet Support, and Bank Sync Status on Every Card

OfferBee 1.0.4 brings your credits to your Home Screen, fits properly on iPad and Android tablets, and shows which of your cards sync from your bank. Here's what changed.

📱 Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen
  • Expiring credits: see which credits reset soon and what's left on each, then tap the check next to one to mark it used without opening the app.

  • Best card here: the card to use at places around you, with a note when one of your credits applies.

Both work on the iPhone Home Screen and Lock Screen, and on the Android home screen. Expiring credits is free. Best card here is part of OfferBee Premium, including your free trial, and needs location access.

📐 Made for iPad and Android tablets

OfferBee now runs natively on iPad and Android tablets. Instead of a stretched phone screen, you get a layout sized for the bigger display, and sheets open as centered cards on iPad.

🔗 See which cards sync from your bank

Every card in your Wallet now says whether it syncs from your bank, is tracked by hand, or needs you to reconnect. The top of the Wallet counts how many are auto-tracked, with a Connect button for the rest, and each card's page has a new Bank connection section.

💵 More accurate credits and Best card picks

These fixes are already live in every version of the app and on the web dashboard.

  • Discounts aren't credits: we removed checkout discounts that were showing up as credits, like a DoorDash promo or a hotel booking discount.

  • Sapphire Reserve, counted once: The Edit is now one $500/year credit and Peloton one $10/month credit, instead of two of each.

  • Fewer phantom perks: a Hilton Aspire free night and an Amex Gold additional-card fee no longer count as dollar credits, and we merged duplicate perks on 22 cards.

  • Sharper Best card picks: Sapphire Preferred's 3x on groceries now applies only to online grocery orders, and Robinhood's portal-only travel rates no longer show at every hotel or airline.

✨ Smaller things you'll notice
  • Real card art in setup: the summary at the end of setup shows each card's actual artwork, and setup is a little shorter.

  • Clearer sign-up: signing up with an email that already has an account now tells you to sign in, not "Something went wrong."

  • No empty headings: the Expiring section on Review only appears when something resets soon.

  • Places the map can't show: tap a search result under "Not on the map" to keep it on your Best card screen.

Availability: OfferBee 1.0.4 is on the App Store and Google Play now.

Know Which Cards Sync From Your Bank — Link Status on Every Card

When a card is linked to your bank, OfferBee logs its credits from your statements for you. Until now, it wasn't easy to tell which cards were set up that way and which ones you were tracking by hand. OfferBee 1.0.4 puts the answer right in your Wallet.

👛 Your Wallet at a glance

Every card on the Wallet tab now has a status line under its name:

  • Linked: a check and the bank account it syncs from, like American Express ··1009.

  • Tracked by hand: nothing syncs this card yet, so you log its credits yourself.

  • Reconnect: your bank needs you to sign in again before the card can sync, shown as Reconnect Chase.

When some cards aren't syncing, the top of the Wallet shows how many are covered, like 8 of 10 auto-tracked, next to a Connect 2 button. Once every card syncs, it goes away on its own.

🔌 Connect the rest in one place

Tap Connect and a sheet lists only the cards that aren't syncing, each with its own Connect or Reconnect button. A short line under each card says what's missing, like "Capital One isn't connected yet," "Chase ··4421 is ready to link," or "Select it in your American Express login."

💳 Bank connection on every card

Open any card and you'll find a new Bank connection section. A linked card shows its account and when it last synced. Any other card gets one button that names the fix, like Connect via American Express or Reconnect Chase. On a card tracked by hand, OfferBee also notes that the connection is read-only and you can revoke it anytime.

✨ Good to know
  • Connected accounts: Settings › Connected accounts now counts your wallet cards too, including any you're tracking by hand.

  • Plans: bank syncing is part of OfferBee Premium, including your free trial. If your trial or plan ends, linked cards show "sync paused," and logging credits by hand stays free.

Availability: bank link status is in OfferBee 1.0.4 for iOS and Android, on the App Store and Google Play now.

Your Credits at a Glance — OfferBee Widgets for Your Home Screen and Lock Screen

Credits are easy to lose track of when they only live inside an app. With OfferBee 1.0.4, two widgets bring them to your Home Screen and Lock Screen, so you can see what's about to reset without opening anything.

⏳ Expiring credits

This widget shows the credits that reset soon, how much you have left on each, and the total at risk if you don't use them. Tap the widget to open OfferBee.

  • Check it off: used your Uber Cash? On your Home Screen, tap the check next to it and the row flips to Used ✓. On iPhone, OfferBee saves it to your account the next time you open the app.

  • Free for everyone: Expiring credits works on every account, with or without Premium.

📍 Best card here

This one shows which card to use at places around you and what it earns, plus a note when one of your credits applies there. Tap it to open Best card. If you've moved since it last updated, opening Best card refreshes it.

Best card here is part of OfferBee Premium, including your free trial, and needs location access turned on for OfferBee.

🔒 Sizes and the Lock Screen
  • iPhone Home Screen: both widgets come in small, medium, and large.

  • iPhone Lock Screen: Expiring credits comes as a one-line summary, a round gauge of your total at risk, or a rectangle with that total and the next credit to reset. Best card here comes as a rectangle with the top card nearby.

  • Android: one widget of each kind for your home screen. Resize it to fit.

On the Home Screen, both show your real card artwork and follow light or dark mode. Sign out, and the widgets clear.

➕ How to add one
  • iPhone Home Screen: touch and hold an empty spot, then tap Edit › Add Widget (or + on iOS 17). Search for OfferBee, pick a widget and size, and tap Add Widget.

  • iPhone Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose your Lock Screen, then tap the widget area and pick OfferBee.

  • Android: touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Widgets, find OfferBee, and drag a widget into place.

Availability: widgets are in OfferBee 1.0.4, on the App Store and Google Play now.

OfferBee 1.0.3 — Clearer Credit Amounts, Cleaner Card Data, and Small Fixes

OfferBee 1.0.3 is a tune-up release. Nothing flashy this time—mostly the kind of fixes you only notice once they're gone. Here's what changed.

💵 Credits now show what's left, not the full amount

If you had logged part of a credit—say $30 of a $100 quarterly dining credit—the row still read $100 while the total above it only counted the $70 you had left. The numbers didn't add up, and the reminder notification ("$70 left") disagreed with the screen.

  • Remaining first: every credit row on Home and Benefits now leads with the amount you can still claim and when it resets. The credit's name sits underneath.

  • Totals that add up: the rows under an "Expiring" heading now sum to that heading, every time.

  • Same on the web: the web dashboard shows the same remaining amounts.

  • Card name when there's no art: rows lean on the card artwork to tell you which card a credit belongs to. If a card has no artwork, its name is shown on the row instead.

  • Screen readers: VoiceOver and TalkBack now announce the card name on each credit row, so two DoorDash credits on different cards are told apart.

🧹 United Explorer: no more double-listed perks

Six perks on the Chase United Explorer card showed up twice—once under each of two slightly different names. They're merged now, so you'll see one entry each for the Global Entry / TSA PreCheck / NEXUS fee credit, the United inflight and Club drink credit, the complimentary Instacart+ membership, United Card Events, Visa Concierge, and the Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection. If you were tracking one of the duplicates, your usage history carried over to the entry that stayed.

⌨️ Muted places: the fields stay above the keyboard

In Settings › Notifications › Muted places, tapping a field opened the keyboard right on top of it—and on the Mute buttons below. The screen now scrolls to keep both in view.

🌐 On offerbee.ai
  • Link previews for blog posts: sharing a post now shows a proper preview card in Messages, Slack, X, and the rest.

  • Related reading: each post ends with related posts, and the homepage links to recent ones.

Availability: OfferBee 1.0.3 is on the App Store now. The Android update is going through Google Play review and will roll out as soon as it clears.

Catch Up on Past Credits — Backfill Any Month, Quarter, or Year

Added a card in September? Until now, January through August sat blank on every credit, even if you'd been using it all year. That dragged down your captured value and made your break-even picture look worse than it really was. Starting with this update, you can go back and set the record straight.

🗓️ Tap a past period to log it

Open any credit and look at the This year strip. Every period now has its own tile: 12 months, 4 quarters, 2 half-years, or 1 year, depending on how the credit resets. Tap a period that has already passed and answer one question—Did you use it?

  • Used in full: logs the whole credit for that period.

  • Used part of it: type the amount you actually used.

  • Didn't use it: leaves it at zero, or clears an earlier entry.

Reopen a logged period any time and your entry is preselected, so changing your mind is one tap.

🔁 Works for every credit cycle

Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual credits now share the same screen, the same tiles, and the same log sheet. Quarterly and annual credits had no way to log a past period before—now they do. The main button follows along: it reads Mark claimed for Jul–Sep on a quarterly credit and Claimed for 2026 ✓ once a yearly one is done.

✨ Smaller things you'll notice
  • Partial amounts, one tap closer: "Log a partial amount" now sits right under the main claim button instead of hiding in the ⋯ menu.

  • Your year updates instantly: captured value, "N of 12 months," and your break-even view all reflect what you log.

  • Plays nicely with bank syncs: if a connected bank later finds the matching statement credit, OfferBee merges it with your entry instead of counting it twice.

  • No subscription needed: logging credits by hand, including past periods, doesn't require a paid plan.

Good to know: the main button still handles the current period, and upcoming periods can't be logged yet.

Available now on iOS in TestFlight build 95 and later. Android gets it in an upcoming update.

OfferBee 1.0.0 — Languages, Quiet Hours, and a Calmer Add-Card Flow

🌍 OfferBee is now a polyglot!

The entire app—every button, setting, and screen—now speaks ten different languages! OfferBee will automatically match your phone's system language, but if you want to switch things up, you can pick your preferred language manually in Settings › Language.

A quick heads-up: To keep things accurate, card names, merchant names, and specific benefit titles stay in English for now since that data comes directly from bank providers. We’ve added a small note in the language picker so you know exactly what to expect.

🌙 Better Sleep & Smarter Alerts

We want to help you save money, but not at the cost of your sleep. Here’s how we’re making notifications more respectful:

  • Quiet Hours: No more 3:00 AM pings. By default, alerts are silenced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any missed notifications will be waiting for you when you wake up—nothing gets lost! You can customize these hours in your Notification Settings.

  • Easy Onboarding: New to OfferBee? You can now toggle "nearby store" and location-based alerts during setup, so you don't have to go hunting through settings later.

🔒 Privacy & Security First

We’ve upgraded how we handle your data to give you extra peace of mind:

  • Encrypted History: Merchant names and transaction descriptions from your linked accounts are now fully encrypted in our storage.

  • Data Minimization: We’ve tightened our syncing process. When we match a transaction to a credit, we send the absolute bare minimum of data to our providers, ensuring they don't retain your info.

🗺️ Smoother Navigation

Getting to your favorite shops just got easier:

  • Smart Directions: Tapping "Directions" on a merchant now passes the actual business name to your maps app. No more confusing "Dropped Pin" markers—now you’ll know exactly where you’re headed before you hit the gas.

  • Cleaner Profile: We’ve polished the Profile header and fixed those annoying back-button glitches. Also, if you need to find the "Delete Account" option, it now lives neatly inside Edit Profile.

✨ The "Polish" List

We’ve squashed some bugs and tidied up your card details:

  • United Explorer Card: We removed the "Instacart+ $99 credit" label. Since this is a membership benefit rather than a cash credit, we wanted to make sure your totals stay accurate.

  • Avis & Budget: Fixed a bug where these benefits were double-counting on some cards. One rental, one listing—much cleaner.

  • Card Connection: Fixed a UI glitch where the "We found your cards" header would get cut off. The list now scrolls perfectly, so you can see all your linked accounts easily.

iOS Fixes & Smarter Chase Card Linking 🐝

Hey OfferBee family! 👋

We’ve been busy bees behind the scenes, tidying up some pesky bugs and making your offer-hunting experience just a little bit smoother. Huge thanks to everyone who reported these — we couldn't do it without you!

Bug Fixes 🐛

Notifications now turn on when you ask them to

The "Turn on notifications" button during setup wasn't doing anything. iOS only allows one permission prompt per install, and we were quietly spending it at launch before you ever saw the button. We now ask at the moment you tap. If you'd previously denied notifications, you'll get a shortcut to iOS Settings instead of a dead button.

Google sign-up is no longer a broken-looking screen

First-time sign-in with Google could show the terms consent stacked on top of the email and password form. Consent is now its own clean step.

Keyboard no longer leaves a gap in the link-a-card drawer

When searching for your bank, the keyboard left a large dead space below the content. Everything now sits where you'd expect.

Chase cards are identified automatically 💳

We've made it easier to connect your favorite cards. The following are now recognized automatically on connect instead of making you find them in a list:

  • United Gateway

  • United Explorer

  • Prime Visa & Amazon Visa

  • World of Hyatt

A note on Ultimate Rewards cards:

Cards that earn Ultimate Rewards — Sapphire, Freedom, and Ink — will still ask you to pick. Chase reports the rewards program rather than the product for those, and we'd rather ask than guess wrong and show you the wrong credits. We appreciate the extra click to make sure your data is perfect!

That’s all for now. As always, thanks for using OfferBee! If you run into any other snags, just give us a shout. 🐝
